The embattled traditional ruler of Laguru Autonomous Community, HRH Eze Professor C. A Ucheaga has disclosed that he knew from the onset that Justice Chido Nnamani of Umuahia High Court would not grant his request to stay the execution of the Court's judgement which removed him as the traditional ruler of Laguru Autonomous community, HRH stated that he lost confidence in the judge's neutrality following the manner he handled the original trial of the case, Despite knowing that the presiding judge was biassed in the treatment of the case, HRH Eze Ucheaga explained that he had approached the court for the stay of execution of the judgement, because the rule states that Application for a Stay of Execution of the judgement must be made first from the court which heard the original trial of the case.
