It has been more than 9 years since the passing of Chief Mathew Ohamuo, the late village head of Umuime, in Umuosu Ubakala Autonomous Community. To many who knew him, his name will continually ring a bell in their hearts. He was a man of honour and a patriot, whose invaluable contributions to his community remain laudable. He was a great man full of intelligence, courageous with a disciplined mind. He was always firm in his actions that those around him were moulded in the same way.
