WOMAN FAKES LOVER DEATH CERTIFICATE TO WITHDRAW HIS RETIREMENT BENEFITS.

A sixty four year old man collapsed in a first generation bank in Asaba, Delta State on sighting his purported obituary and fake death certificate pressented by his live-in lover to the bank in order to withdraw his retirement benefits estimated at N7. 8 million, which she had earlier absconded with it.

The incident happened when the man went to withdraw money from his account, 

It was gathared by Ubscope News that the man identified as Johnson Nwaosuagwu, a retiree, had been living with the woman he fondly called Asaba amaka, in their isieka High Street, Ibusa residence for eight years. Although, his legal wife and two children were abandoned in his home town Umuahia, Abia State.

His retirement benefits were not paid on time, as such, things were not rosy as used to be when he was working. The Asaba amaka lover, who was getting the best from him, when he was in service was not comfortable with the new found life. Her attitude towards Johnson changed drastically. She started flouting his orders . She would go out without his permission and return without giving any explanation for her action. When at home, she would always raise argument over trivial issues and rain curses on him .

Angered by this behavior, his neighbours  had advised him to send her packing l and go for his wife and children, but he would not listen. They also also blamed his inability to save for the rainy day on her extravagant lifestyle ,

When the benefits were finally paid, she wanted it to be squandered as before, but the Johnson resisted,  saying the money would be spent on productive ventures. The first thing he did was to deposit the money in a fix deposit account for six months, This did not go well with her and she started nursing evil intension of diverting the money to herself and absconding with it.

Secretly, she went and procured a fake death certificate of her man from the Local Government, which she used in obtaining a Letter of Administration from the High Court. 

Obtaining this , she proceeded to the bank he had  deposited his money and opened an estate account of her Johnson Nwaosagwu on presentation of his obituary poster, letter of administration, fake death certificate and other documents. With this she succeeded in transferring the money from where it was innitially deposited to the estate account she opened. And from where she withdrew everything and absconded with them.

The unsuspeciting Johnson did not notice her abscondment because she had a record of sleeping out for days without explanation.

When he went to withdraw from his account, he was surprised and shocked on sighting the fake documents crafted by his Asaba amaka lover to perpertuate her evil intension, that he collapsed at the scene in the bank, but was later revived by concerned citizens at the scene.

To make the matter worst Johnson does not know his village in Warri. He only knows  she is from Warri.

The news of the death of Sir Micheal Uzoma Irom KSM, the Ezeji and  Agu N'Eche Mba1 of Nsirimo, came to many people that knew him as a big shock.
