He was born on August 4th 1966, in Delta State, Nigeria to parents from Nsukwe, Ubakala in Umuahia South local government area of Abia state.

He attended Pamol Primary School, Sapele, Oginu Grammar School Abraka , The yaba Collage of Technology, Lagos State University (LASU), Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso and Lagos Business School,

SLOT Systems Ltd turnover which was approximately N6 millions in 1998 when he started, rose to one N1 billion by 2005 and has continued to rise in billions.
