ALL SET FOR ABAM TRADITIONAL PRIME MINISTER'S FAREWELL PARTY.


All is set for the send off of the Traditional Prime Minister of Abam Autonomous Community, His Highness Chief Charles Kalu and his amiable wife Osote Ugoeze Queensly Nwayiugbo Kalu, who are retiring back home, after several years of sojourning in Lagos.

The event which will take place at Power Penticostal Church Hall by Cele B/stop on Saturday 28th August, 2021 by 1pm, is expected  to attract large number of members of Ubakala Improvement Union, Lagos as well as as their friends and well wishers


The President, Ubakala Improvement Union, Lagos, Mr. Columba Nduaguibe during a recent monthly  meeting of the Union, urged all members to turn out enmass with their wives to honour the departing  TPM, whom he said has contributed immensly to the Development of the union

He thanked God for his life and for making it possible for him to return back home in good health.

The Abams, who are not known to do their things in half measures are all out to celebrate their Traditional Prime Minister and his lovely wife in grand style


Mr Osondu Uchegbu,  vice Chairman Abam Welfare Association, Lagos while inviting members of UIU in Lagos to the send off boasted " come that day, Abam will set a pace, other Ubakala communities in Lagos will like to follow.




High Chief Kalu, an old boys of Ubakala Secondary School, is a former Chairman, Abam Welfare Association, Lagos and Alaocha Ubakala Development Union, Lagos.

He is one of the few Ubakalas that attained the title '" Ugwu Umuahia" in recognition of their contributions to the Development  of Umuahia Development Association.

He is married  and the marriage is blessed with children

  Rev. ( Mrs) Olayinka Olusola Danso,  retired General Manager, National Mail Distribution Center, Shomolu is 63 years today. In a country where the average life expectancy is 54 and at a time longevity takes the grace of God, attaining such milestone in good health and sound mind is no mean feat and calls for thanksgiving and Celebration.
