PENCOM COMMENCES RETIREES' ONLINE VERIFICATION

 


The Nigerian Pension Commision has commenced a pilot scheme of it's online pre retirement verification and enrolment exercise for retirees in goverment ministries, department and agencies (MDA) in the country.

According to a  press release by the commision, the enrolment will take off between 2nd to 20th August, 2021 with selected MDAs in the six geopolitical zones and the Federal capital to test run the application with real time data

"The application will Go Live after the conclusion of the pilot run on a date to be announced by PENCOM in due course.

The Commision called on propective retirees to undergo data recapturing exercise with their respective Pension Fund Administration (PFAs) as it is a pre requisite for the online enrolment. This entails updating and providing their National Identication Number (NIN)

AN IROKO HAS FALLEN IN NSIRIMO UBAKALA .

The news of the death of Sir Micheal Uzoma Irom KSM, the Ezeji and  Agu N'Eche Mba1 of Nsirimo, came to many people that knew him as a big shock. Sir Mike irom died on  Saturday, December,28, 2024  in U. S .A, He had gone there on vacation with his wife. It was during this period that he became sick and died.
