 Wives in igboland are addressed in two ways, ''Odozi aku'   and 'Ori aku'. Letterally the former is the  wife who takes care of her husband's wealth,  while the latter  is one who only comes to enjoy her  husband's wealth

 


Mrs Nkechi Ezeigbo, the lovely and industrous wife of the CEO SLOT Systems Ltd,  Engr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo belongs to the former. She is not only a virtue wife, but a partner, pillar of support, acquaintant, and confidant, a worthy soul mate, meticulous house keeper and home maker
.

She is beautiful, witty, intelligent and efficient, an excellent icon of accountability, a result oriented fellow who has passion for details and known for dedication to duty, honesty and transparency. This attributes she had imbibed into SLOT Systems Ltd, where she works as an executive Director


Born on 8th July,1976 to parents of Asaba origin. She attended Auchi Polytehnic, Auchi, Edo state, where she studied Marketing

After  her graduation, she relocated to Lagos in search of greener pasture and she got a job with Chachangi Airlines

 

Engr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo met her for the first time while she was on top of a bike popularly known as Okada. He was then looking  for a wife with certain physical qualities. Immediately he set his eyes on her, he said that was her. So he followed her on another bike  and when he eventually caught up with her, he chatted her up and they became friends.

He asked her to resign from Chanchangi and join him in his business which was just in it's starting stage. She agreed and together they built SLOT Systems from what it was then to what it is today.


One year after they met they got married and  have been able to weather the storms of marriage and have lived together for more than 21 years. They have four children Who are carving a niche for themselves.


According to her husband, Engr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo "My wife is a very wonderful person, very intelligent and she complement me. She helps me to slow down when I am fast. She helps me to oversee some aspects of the business especially in the area that has to do with finances. She read Marketing in school. She is very blessed with figures. .... She is a very meticulous person, she is more of a risk averse. I am risk taker. That means I want to jump before I look, even if I break my leg it's immaterial. She is very very careful. She's wants to look first, carefully before she will leap. So for me it is more looking at the figures. I am more analytical in any decision taking, she may not really want to look at figures. She may just want to be very intuitive in her decision making. So, we complement each other. And that helped to make my home to be  very peacefully. . If you don't have a good home, obviously you cann't run a successful business. Having a good home has helped me think well and it has contributed to the growth of the company."
