The traditional marriage of Miss Onyeanula Jennifer Chituru and her hearthrob, Mr Chidozie Dozie Emmanuel, tagged 'JEDO 25' was held on 4th January, 2025.




The ceremony which took place at late Onyeanula's compound, Umuezeobu, Laguru attracted good number of family members, friends and well wishers, who came out to celebrate the union.



Present at the ceremony were Pastor Lewis Godson, Ubakala gruop Leader, Christ Embassy, Mr Chikezie Onyeanula, Chief & Lolo Uchenna Igbokwe,Onye ihe oma nadinma 1 of Amachara,  Chief &, Lolo Ikechukwu Oriuwa,Ihe 1 of Elu elu, Old Umuahia, High Chief & Lolo Ejike Job,  Lolo Oluchi Emeziue, Deacon Forest Enyiazu, Deacon, Mishak Aboh, Mr Peter Ugbor, president AUDU, Lagos , Mr. Chris Utorji, vice president UIU Lagos, Chief Uche Ibezim, Chief & Lolo Ebere Nwachuwu, Dr Chris Isikaku, Deacon Emeka Isaac, president ADA, Lagos, Chief Chimaobi Ekwueme, PG,OEAU (F)  Mr Ejike Nwabisi, Hon ikechukwu Job.




The occasion started with the payment of the bride price which was successfully done to the admiration and delight of the parties concerned. This was followed by the bride carrying wine to find her groom. After,  the father of the day, Mr Chikezie Onyeanula prayed and blessed  the new couple. 



The peak of the occasion was when they stepped to the dancing floor. They were joined by family members, friends and well wishers, who sprayed them with different denominations of Naira notes



Jennifer  Chituru is a native of Umuezeobu, Laguru,  while Dozie Emmanuel is from Abam Ubakala.

  Rev. ( Mrs) Olayinka Olusola Danso,  retired General Manager, National Mail Distribution Center, Shomolu is 63 years today. In a country where the average life expectancy is 54 and at a time longevity takes the grace of God, attaining such milestone in good health and sound mind is no mean feat and calls for thanksgiving and Celebration.
