LAGURU CELEBRATES: WHY I RECOGNISE ADOLPHUS AS THE PRESIDENT GENERAL OF LAGURU DEVELOPMENTOF UNION (F)


 The traditional ruler of Laguru  autonomous community, HRH Eze C.A Ucheaga has revealed why he recognises  Mr. Adolphus Iroabuchi as the President General of LDU (F)


In a telephone chat with Ubscope News, the iconic monarch said that Mr Adolphus remained the President General of LDU(F) as he was duly elected President General  aftet the constitution review ordered by government and since then election have not been held due to  fierce succession battle  for the  Enyi's stool that lasted several  years

He further revealed that election of new executive will be held after the celebration of Enyi's 11 coronation in December


On Mr Ogbonna Omerenma, HRH said that Mr Omerenma was elected factional President General by his (HRH) opponents specifically to stop him from getting the staff of office from the Governor and to install Deacon Obioma Ogbonna  as the traditional ruler.  He added that with the presentation of staff of office to him, Mr Omerenma ceased to be the factional President General because the purpose  of his continuing as President General has been defeated.

Mr Adolphus Iroabuchi was born about 4 decades ago into the family of late insp. Chukwuma Iroabuchi of  Umuozuobu Laguru, Ubakala in Umuahia South LGA of Abia State. He graduated from Ubakala Central School (1987) as a class monitor, Ubakala Secondary School, Nsukwe (1993) as the Chapel Prefect and the best graduating students of that set, University of Calabar, Cross River State (1999) with second Class honours in Geology 

He was President Ubakala Academia, UNICAL Chapter. Councillorship candidate in the 2003 LG election, two time General Secretary, Ubakala improvement Union, VP Abia State Youth, Lagos,  VP Abia State Youth Development Organization.

He is presently the President Umuahia Development Association youth wing
